We’re excited to share our latest Autumn Term 2026 Service Delivery Timetable, packed with free family support, wellbeing programmes and activities for families across Mid, South and West Essex.
From Family Support Groups, SEND Groups and Fitness & Fun sessions to Baby Massage, Online Wellbeing Groups, Mothers in Mind, Understanding Behaviour and Counselling, there’s a wide range of support available for parents, carers and young children.

Weekly support through Home Visiting and Telephone Befriending, providing emotional & practical support.
We run several groups across Essex where parents and carers can connect, receive emotional and practical support.
Specialist groups for families with SEND children, those with diagnosis, on the pathway or general development delay. Includes sensory play & shared activities.
These are free weekly fitness sesssions for parents/carers and children under 5. They are delivered by local fitness instructors and supported by our Home-Start Team. These aim to support families to improve their mental & physical health together.
Our IAIM Baby Massage Course is 5 weeks face to face for parents/carers with a baby up to 12 months. It aims to reduce isolation, increase confidence by teaching massage techniques & bringing people together.
We offer wellbeing support through various groups, one-on-one sessions, and a dedicated Perinatal Mental Health Support Group.
Our Behaviour Support Team works with parents/carers to understand their Child’s behaviour with Confidence
Learn simple, effective strategies to create calmer, happier days at home.
Available to families in CastlePoint, Rochford and Southend. 10 sessions of individual counselling with a student counsellor. A safe place to talk, process emotions & receive support.
