What is Home-Visiting?

Step 1: Referral & Assessment

One of our Family Coordinators will come and visit your family at home to meet you and explore what needs and support you have. This is a confidential and non-judgmental opportunity to share concerns, worries and hopes for your future.

Step 2: Matching

Our Coordinators will then use a unique and tailored matching process to pair you with a professionally trained volunteer. We take into consideration your needs, personality, interests and skills of the volunteers.

Step 3: Introduction

Once matched, we then introduce your volunteer and agree on a goal plan that can be worked on together. This is done in collaboration so you have full ownership of the support journey.

Step 4: Support

With the support of your volunteer you can begin to work towards your goals. This will be reviewed at regular intervals as necessary.
